A passionate advocate for education and innovation, Alison brings diverse expertise as a Client Lead and Producer to Clarity Innovations. Her rich background spanning product management, instructional design, and public education helps Alison to guide solutions that empower businesses to meet diverse needs of learners, educators, and school systems. She excels in identifying the right tools at the right time, developing practical solutions that honor the dynamic lifecycle of modern learning.

Highlights

Before joining Clarity Innovations, Alison served as the Director of Learning Strategy at Microsoft, where she spearheaded company-wide learning measurement, facilitated global training initiatives, and advised on process optimization. As the Senior Content Developer for Microsoft Education Engineering, Alison showcased her skills in designing comprehensive, teacher-centric support experiences. And as the Director of Teaching & Learning at PAPER.CO, Alison managed a remote-first team of designers and creatives to support more than 2,000 tutors.

And when Alison isn’t driving impactful content production and contributing to the evolution of edtech, she fuels her creative spirit with hiking, interior design, Sour Patch Kids, and dragon-centric fantasy.
